My Monthly To Do List: January 2017

I love the idea of holding myself accountable for finishing my to-do list at the end of each month, so I thought I’d make it an ongoing series right here. At the beginning of each month, I’ll share what I hope to tackle and then recap what I did or didn’t get done before I share the next month’s to-dos and so on. I always have a running list of things I’m hoping to get done either personally or professionally but I don’t always remember to keep check points with myself to mark my progress. I’m hoping my productivity and focus will benefit from this new practice. Plus, I’m always looking for new ways to stay organized and this should help. So here’s what I plan to get done in January:

  • Submit my hospital pre-registration form (I’m due in late February)
  • Complete my birth plan (this will be easy since I already have one from Benjamin’s birth)
  • Pack my hospital bag (I’ll be sharing what I’m packing in a February post)
  • Get the bassinet, infant car seat, and infant bathtub out of storage. Everything else is ready for baby’s arrival!
  • Book newborn photo session with a photographer
  • Clean out and organize my makeup cabinet
  • Clean out and organize silverware and utensil drawers
  • Get a quote for new fireplace facade
  • Get a quote for new hardwood floor installation
  • Get sleeper sofa out of storage and reupholstered
  • Get smog test for car
